Functional Body Weight training it’s an integral method where the exercises involve muscular chains instead of isolated muscles, understanding the body as a movement unit.
My method is an exercise system that uses your own body weight with the purpose of develop coordination, resistance, agility, strength, flexibility and muscle toning, making this discipline able to be performed in almost every spot of the island, private villa, beach or park.
As your personal trainer my goal is to achieve, trough a training plan tailored to your own needs, to transfer my knowledge and generate healthy habits, thus reaching your ideal psychophysical well being through original, dynamic and progressive lessons.
First of all I will make a test to find which are your habits, needs and purpose, and secondarily a flexibility and coordination test, to finally design your own and unique training plan.
Avoid muscle atrophy and postural deterioration due to a sedentary life.
